2. Eligibility for Refunds

• You experience a persistent technical issue that prevents access to the service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time
• You paid for a service that was not delivered within the promised timeframe
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a processing error
• A transaction was unauthorized, subject to verification
• The delivered service materially differs from the description shown at the time of purchase

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refunds Timeline

We aim to process refund requests promptly. Our standard timeline is:

• Request acknowledgment within 2 business days
• Review and decision within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the required details
• If approved, the refund is initiated immediately to the original payment method
• After initiation, banks or card issuers may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect the credit
